The Company was formed four years ago to develop high quality homes in south-east Essex.

The first development was a five-bedroomed detached house in Rayleigh,

The next development was a terrace of four larger-than-average terraced houses, each having three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, together with large living room, kitchen with dining area and a separate dining-room/study. These four houses sold immediately upon completion due to their high design standard and quality of internal fittings.

The present development at Rayleigh of five detached houses has taken four years to progress to this stage due to difficulties with site assembly and negotiating the right scheme with the Planning Authority.

There are two directors of the Company, David Clay who has close to 20 years experience running his own businesses and is the design and procurement expert in the company; and David Horner who qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1977 and who has over 30 years experience in property. He designed the houses and is the planning and site management expert.

We employ directly or as sub-contractors trained craftsmen, who are all Essex-based and who all show pride in their work. Our site foreman, Simon Fletcher, is an expert on internal finishes and supervises the final finish to a very high standard.
